Yoga
$15-$18 We offer two different yoga classes!
PowerFlow blends dynamic movement with deep stretching. Elevate your heart rate through flowing sequences, then recover with intentional stretches. This class offers the perfect balance of challenge and restoration, leaving you energized, strong, and centered.
GentleFlow blends slow, mindful movement with deep stretching to enhance flexibility, ease tension, and promote relaxation. Perfect for all levels, this class fosters balance, breath awareness, and restoration.
Group Fitness
$8-$18 We offer two different group fitness classes!
PILOXING Booty + CIRCL Mobility combines glute-focused strength with dynamic mobility work. PILOXING Booty uses resistance bands to lift, sculpt, and strengthen, while CIRCL Mobility restores balance through breathwork, flexibility, and mobility.
Zumba is a high-energy dance workout that blends Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. Burn calories, boost endurance, and have fun in this dynamic, full-body workout—no dance experience needed!

we are
AIM Wellness began with Alexis, who has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, teaching classes at local studios. Her passion for movement and well-being grew into a beautiful studio space with multiple instructors, offering a welcoming community for all on their wellness journey.
Alexis has always been active and loves helping others, and through yoga and personal training, she found the perfect way to do both. She takes a holistic approach to wellness, blending strength, mobility, and mindfulness to create a balanced path to fitness. With over 15 years of personal yoga practice, a background in strength training and recently powerlifting—training under coaches with 20+ years of experience—she is always learning, growing, and adapting to new styles of training. At AIM Wellness, clients receive more than just a workout or yoga class—they become part of a supportive community in a calming space. Alexis brings her authentic, playful style to every class, from her favorite gentle flow to the energizing power flow. In personal training, she integrates strength training with stretching and mobility work, helping clients feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies.
